Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies- Incorporation in Ban List - FIIs/REPIs : M/s Trent Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding through Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) in M/s Trent Ltd. has crossed the limit of 24 per cent of its paid-up capital.
