FIIs/RFPIs can now invest up to 62 per cent under PIS in M/s Axis Bank Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) can now invest from existing 49 per cent up to 62 per cent of the paid up capital of M/s Axis Bank Ltd. under the Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS). RBI to place Compounding Orders issued Under FEMA on its website from June 01
To ensure more transparency and greater disclosure, the Reserve Bank of India will now place on its website the compounding orders passed on or after June 01, 2016 and also a guidance note on the methodology used for calculation of the amount imposed under the compounding process, for information of general public. The data will be updated at monthly intervals. It may, however, be noted that the guidance note is meant only for the purpose of broadly indicating the bas
