RBI Announces Special Open Market Operation (OMO) Purchase and Sale of Government of India Dated Securities
On a review of the current liquidity and market situation and an assessment of the evolving financial conditions, the Reserve Bank has decided to conduct simultaneous purchase and sale of government securities under Open Market Operations (OMO) for ₹ 10,000 crores each on January 06, 2020 (Monday). Sectoral Deployment of Bank Credit - November 2019
Data on sectoral deployment of bank credit collected from select 39 scheduled commercial banks, accounting for about 90 per cent of the total non-food credit deployed by all scheduled commercial banks, for the month of November 2019 are set out in Statement I and II.
