Lending and Deposit Rates of Scheduled Commercial Banks - December 2022
Data on lending and deposit rates of scheduled commercial banks (SCBs) (excluding regional rural banks and small finance banks) for the month of December 2022. Highlights: Lending Rates: The weighted average lending rate (WALR) on fresh rupee loans of SCBs increased by 17 basis points (bps) from 8.69 per cent in October 2022 to 8.86 per cent in November 2022. Developments in India’s Balance of Payments during the Second Quarter (July-September) of 2022-23
Preliminary data on India’s balance of payments (BoP) for the second quarter (Q2), i.e., July-September 2022-23, are presented in Statements I (BPM6 format) and II (old format). Lending and Deposit Rates of Scheduled Commercial Banks - November 2022
Data on lending and deposit rates of scheduled commercial banks (SCBs) (excluding regional rural banks and small finance banks) for the month of November 2022. Highlights: Lending Rates: The weighted average lending rate (WALR) on fresh rupee loans of SCBs increased by 09 basis points (bps) from 8.59 per cent in September 2022 to 8.68 per cent in October 2022. The WALR on outstanding rupee loans of SCBs increased by 13 bps from 9.22 per cent in September 2022 to 9.35

Data on lending and deposit rates of scheduled commercial banks (SCBs) (excluding regional rural banks and small finance banks) for the month of October 2022. Lending and Deposit Rates of Scheduled Commercial Banks - September 2022
Data on lending and deposit rates of scheduled commercial banks (SCBs) (excluding regional rural banks and small finance banks) for the month of September 2022. Highlights Lending Rates: The weighted average lending rate (WALR) on fresh rupee loans of SCBs increased by 15 basis points (bps) from 8.18 per cent in July 2022 to 8.33 per cent in August 2022. The WALR on outstanding rupee loans of SCBs increased by 14 bps from 8.99 per cent to 9.13 per cent in August 2022.
