Alteration in the name of "Chinatrust Commercial Bank"
to "CTBC Bank Co.,Ltd." in the Second Schedule to
the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934

We advise that the name of “Chinatrust Commerical Bank” has been changed to "CTBC Bank Co., Ltd." in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 vide Notification DBOD.IBD.No.10068/23.13.053/2013-14 dated November 25, 2013, published in the Gazette of India (Part III-Section 4) dated February 08, 2014.
