The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding through Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) in M/s Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. has reached the trigger limit.
