Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies-Incorporation in Ban List - FIIs/RFPIs : M/s JKumar Infra Projects Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding through Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) in M/s JKumar Infra Projects Ltd. has crossed the permissible limit. Hedging of Currency Risk arising out of Trade Transactions by Residents under Contracted Route
The extant regulatory framework under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 requires clients to submit documentary evidence of underlying foreign currency exposure to Authorized Dealer Category-I banks at the time of booking of derivative contracts.
