Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies - Incorporation in Ban List - NRIs: M/s Asian Hotels (West) Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding through Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in M/s Asian Hotels (West) Ltd. has crossed the limit of 10 per cent of its paid-up capital.
