Sectoral Deployment of Bank Credit - May 2020
Data on sectoral deployment of bank credit collected from select 33 scheduled commercial banks, accounting for about 90 per cent of the total non-food credit deployed by all scheduled commercial banks, for the month of May 2020 are set out in Statements I and II. Minutes of the Monetary Policy Committee Meeting May 20 to 22, 2020
[Under Section 45ZL of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934] The twenty third meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), constituted under section 45ZB of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, was held from May 20 to 22, 2020; the meeting was originally scheduled from June 3 to 5, 2020, but was advanced to May 20-22 in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. 2.
