RBI Announces OMO Purchase of Government of India Dated Securities
Based on an assessment of prevailing liquidity conditions and also of the durable liquidity needs going forward, the Reserve Bank has decided to conduct purchase of the following Government securities under Open Market Operations for an aggregate amount of ₹125 billion on June 20, 2019 (Thursday) through multi-security auction using the multiple price method: Sr. No Security Date of Maturity 1 7.94% GS 2021 24-May-2021 2 7.72% GS 2025 25-May-2025 3 6.79% GS 2027 15-Ma

RBI to conduct Overnight Variable Rate Reverse Repo auction under LAF on June 19, 2019
The Reserve Bank of India will conduct the following Variable Rate Reverse Repo auction on June 19, 2019, Wednesday, as per the revised guidelines on Term Repo Auctions issued on February 13, 2014.
