Statement on the RBL Bank Limited
There has been speculation relating to the RBL Bank Ltd. in certain quarters which appears to be arising from recent events surrounding the bank. The Reserve Bank would like to state that the bank is well capitalised and the financial position of the bank remains satisfactory. As per half yearly audited results as on September 30, 2021, the bank has maintained a comfortable Capital Adequacy Ratio of 16.33 per cent and Provision Coverage Ratio of 76.6 per cent. The Liq

RBI releases ‘Draft Master Direction on Minimum Capital Requirements for Operational Risk’

Directions under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 - Maratha Sahakari Bank ltd, Mumbai- Extension of Period
The Reserve Bank of India, vide directive DCBS.CO.BSD-I/D-4/12.22.141/2016-17 dated August 31, 2016, had placed Maratha Sahakari Bank ltd, Mumbai under Directions from the close of business on August 31, 2016. The validity of the directions was extended from time-to-time, the last being up to November 30, 2021. Recommendations of the Internal Working Group to Review Extant Ownership Guidelines and Corporate Structure for Indian Private Sector Banks

Prompt Corrective Action Framework - Indian Overseas Bank
