3. The query asked by the participant during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank is given below

a.	Query regarding size and shape of nail to be used was raised.	It was clarified that the work will be carried out as specified in item no. 4 of the BOQ wherein the self explicit description has been given. The procedure for carrying out the work and usage of material were also explained in the meeting.

4. Bidder was advised to ensure uploading the tender well before the last date to avoid any last-minute errors/rush.

5. All the above clarifications provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the Tender/Contract.
