FIIs/RFPIs can now invest up to 49 per cent under PIS in M/s Kaveri Seed Company Limited
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) in M/s Kaveri Seed Company Limited has gone below the revised threshold limit. Hence the restrictions placed on the purchase of shares of the above company are withdrawn with immediate effect. Sources of Variation in Foreign Exchange Reserves in India during 2014-15
Earlier today, the Reserve Bank of India released the Balance of Payments (BoP) data for January-March 2015 on its website (www.rbi.org.in). On the basis of these data, the sources of variation in foreign exchange reserves during 2014-15 have been compiled.
