No. 97 /01.18.001/2013-14 January 28, 2014 All Scheduled Commercial Banks (excluding RRBs) Madam / Sir, Marginal Standing Facility As announced today in the Third Quarter Review of the Monetary Policy 2013-14, it has been decided to increase the Marginal Standing Facility (MSF) rate by 25 basis points from 8.75 percent to 9.00 per cent with immediate effect. 2. All other terms and conditions of the current MSF Scheme will remain unchanged.
