The quotations should be valid for a period of THREE years from November 01, 2013 to June 30, 2016.

A copy of the schedule for the above categories of work along with general terms and conditions can be collected from the General Manager, Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad, between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm on all working days from October 04, 2013 till October 11, 2013.

The duly sealed quotations in a sealed envelope superscribed ‘Quotation for Issue Department Store items’ addressed to The Regional Director for Andhra Pradesh, Reserve Bank of India, Secretariat Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad-500004 may be sent by post or dropped in the tender box kept in Issue Department, Hyderabad, so as to reach him not later than 1700 hrs on October 15, 2013.The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons there for.
