Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on September 02, 2025, at RBI, Sector 24, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur – 492101 from 11.00 AM onwards. This meeting was attended by representatives from three (03) Chartered Accountant (CA) firms. The list of representatives from the Office and the CA firms who participated in the meeting is enclosed as Annex to this document.

2. A brief introduction of the e-tender and related terms and conditions were presented. Thereafter, participants raised queries which were answered by the bank. A summary of the queries raised by the participants and clarification given are placed below:

1.	What is the composition of the team and the working schedule prescribed for the Chartered Accountant (CA) firm?	Participants were requested to refer to Sl. No. I of Annex - B (Appointment related information) of the tender document.
2.	Can the staff deployed at the Bank by the CA firm be rotated?	Participants were requested to refer paragraph 25 of “Terms & Conditions” in this regard.
3.	What is the scope and nature of the work for CA ?	Participants were requested to refer to Annex-B and Annex-D of the tender document.
4.	What tax-related activities and statutory filings are required to be undertaken by the CA firm ?	Participants were requested to refer to Annex - C and Annex - D of the tender document.
5.	Can a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) be deputed as skilled staff under the engagement?	Participants were requested to refer to Sl. No. I of Annex - B (Appointment related information) of the tender document.
6.	One of the firm enquired about the technical evaluation parameter and scoring scale related to experience of the CA firm and association of full time CA partners with the firm?	Participant was requested to refer to Annex - 1 of the tender document.

3. All interested participants were advised to read the tender document and the tentative scope of work in detail. They were advised to register on the MSTC portal, as bids submitted only on MSTC portal shall be accepted.

4. Above clarifications are issued for the information for all intending bidders. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document/Agreement. All terms, conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same.
