The Pre-bid meeting of the captioned tender (RBI / Hyderabad Regional Office / HRMD / 1 / 25-26 / ET / 28) was conducted on May 07, 2025 at 11:00 hrs at Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad, Main Office Building through offline mode. The list of participants are given below

2. At the outset, the participant was welcomed to the meeting and the scope of work and salient features along with important instructions of the tender document were briefed to him. The participant was requested to seek clarifications, if any. The following queries/doubts were clarified during the meeting:

i.	What are the documents to be submitted?	It was clarified that, the documents mentioned in page 40 of the Tender document should be uploaded in MSTC portal by duly filled and signed. Further, it was advised that the duly signed tender documents (all pages) should also be uploaded in the portal.
ii.	How many client feedback certificates are required?	It was clarified that, minimum two client feedback certificates should be uploaded.
iii.	What types of other cost should be included in Financial Bid?	Vendor should quote the price after due consideration of wages provided to employees i.e. Man power cost, cost of raw materials, disposable cups, sugar, replacement of machines, etc.
