Sectoral Deployment of Bank Credit-January 2020
Data on sectoral deployment of bank credit collected from select 39 scheduled commercial banks, accounting for about 90 per cent of the total non-food credit deployed by all scheduled commercial banks, for the month of January 2020 are set out in Statement I and II. RBI launches the March 2020 Round of Consumer Confidence Survey
The Reserve Bank of India has been regularly conducting Consumer Confidence Survey (CCS). The March 2020 round of the Survey is now being launched. The survey seeks qualitative responses from households, regarding their sentiments on general economic situation, employment scenario, price level, households’ income and spending. The survey is conducted regularly in 13 cities viz. Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow
