I had recently come across the RBI Legal News and Views for the month April-June 99. I found it very educative and informative. The gist of the Supreme Court's judgements on important issues found to be more useful for out dept. The Article, "Mother as natural guardian" based on the Supreme Court judgement found to be very informative and useful.

I am really thankful to you for sending the said magazine to our Legal Dept. In the past I had an occasion to meet you in the meeting called by you on computers in Legal Dept.

Recd. the latest issue of RBI Legal News and Views a couple of days ago and was impressed by the quality of articles. I will write about it separately.

Do you get the issues of Chartered Secretary? The Sept. 99 issue contains my article titled: "Nomination of Shares and Debentures-A Boon or Banel?. Your may like to see it. You will find it different from the articles on this subject, referred in the BIBLIOGRAPHY Section of your latest issue. In my opinion, nomination of shares was not quite necessary, where they are held by 2 or 3 persons jointly. Besides, shares change hands frequently and extension of nominatioin to them would cause a greater headache to companies.
