Survey of Foreign Liabilities and Assets of Mutual Fund Companies – 2022-23
Today, the Reserve Bank released the results of the 2022-23 round of the survey of Foreign Liabilities and Assets of the Mutual Fund (MF) Companies1. The survey covered 43 Indian MF companies (list in Annex) and their Asset Management Companies (AMCs), which held/acquired foreign assets/ liabilities during 2022-23 and/or in the preceding years. The value of exports and imports of services during June 2023 is given in the following table. Lending and Deposit Rates of Scheduled Commercial Banks - July 2023
Data on lending and deposit rates of scheduled commercial banks (SCBs) (excluding regional rural banks and small finance banks) for the month of July 2023. Highlights: Lending Rates: The weighted average lending rate (WALR) on fresh rupee loans of SCBs decreased by 7 basis points (bps) from 9.27 per cent in May 2023 to 9.20 per cent in June 2023. The WALR on outstanding rupee loans of SCBs increased by 4 bps from 9.78 per cent in May 2023 to 9.82 per cent in June 2023
