भारतीय रिझर्व बँकेने (आरबीआय) दिनांक 04 डिसेंबर 2025, रोजीच्या आदेशाद्वारे, दि यवतमाळ अर्बन को- ऑपरेटिव्ह बँक लिमिटेड, यवतमाळ, महाराष्ट्र (बँक) वर 'एकाग्रता जोखीम व्यवस्थापन', ‘जाणूनबुजून कर्ज बुडवणारे आणि मोठी कर्जे बुडवणारे यांच्या बाबतीत वागणूक’ आणि ‘क्रेडीट माहिती अहवाल (रिपोर्टिंग)’ यासंबंधी  आरबीआयने जारी केलेल्या काही निर्देशांचे पालन न केल्याबद्दल ₹2.25 लाख (केवळ दोन लाख पंचवीस हजार रुपये) चा आर्थिक दंड ठोठावला आहे. बँकिंग नियमन कायदा, 1949 च्या कलम 46(4)(i) आणि कलम 56 सह  लागू असलेल्या कलम 47A(1)(c) आणि क्रेडिट माहिती कंपन्या (नियमन) अधिनियम , 2005 च्या कलम 23(4) सह लागू  कलम 25(1)(iii) अन्वये आरबीआयला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून हा दंड ठोठावण्यात आला.
