भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने विटा नागरी सहकारी बँक लिमिटेड, विटा, महाराष्ट्र वर आर्थिक दंड ठोठावला
भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने 03 जुलै, 2023 रोजीच्या आदेशाद्वारे विटा नागरी सहकारी बँक लिमिटेड., विटा, महाराष्ट्र (बँक) वर बँकिंग नियमन कायदा, 1949 (अधिनियम) च्या कलम 56 सह वाचलेल्या कलम 26(A) च्या तरतुदी आणि आणि ठेव खात्यांची देखभाल यासंदर्भात भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बैंकेने जारी केलेल्या निर्देशांचे पालन न केल्यामुळे/उल्लंघन केल्याबद्दल ₹1.50 लाख (केवळ एक लाख पन्नास हजार रुपये) चा आर्थिक दंड ठोठावला आहे. बँकिंग नियमन कायदा, 1949 (BR कायदा) कलम 46(4)(i) आणि 56 सह लागू असलेल्या कलम 47A(1)(c) अन्वये भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून हा दंड ठोठावण्यात आला आहे.

भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने 03 जुलै, 2023 रोजीच्या आदेशाद्वारे विटा नागरी सहकारी बँक लिमिटेड., विटा, महाराष्ट्र (बँक) वर बँकिंग नियमन कायदा, 1949 (अधिनियम) च्या कलम 56 सह वाचलेल्या कलम 26(A) च्या तरतुदी आणि आणि ठेव खात्यांची देखभाल यासंदर्भात भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बैंकेने जारी केलेल्या निर्देशांचे पालन न केल्यामुळे/उल्लंघन केल्याबद्दल ₹1.50 लाख (केवळ एक लाख पन्नास हजार रुपये) चा आर्थिक दंड ठोठावला आहे. बँकिंग नियमन कायदा, 1949 (BR कायदा) कलम 46(4)(i) आणि 56 सह लागू असलेल्या कलम 47A(1)(c) अन्वये भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून हा दंड ठोठावण्यात आला आहे.
