Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites e-tenders under Two – Bid system (Part I - Technical Bid & Part II - Financial Bid) providing Maintenance, Housekeeping and Catering Services at Visiting Officers’ Flats (VOFs) at Bank’s Officers’ Quarters, Red Hills & Ameerpet and Transit Holiday Homes (THH) Medical Flats & vacant Single Room Accommodation (SRA) at Bank’s Staff Quarters, Begumpet, Hyderabad. The contract shall be valid initially for a period of April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and thereafter will be renewed for two more years, (one year at a time) subject to rates mutually agreed by both the parties and based on the performance of the contractor.

2. Tender document can be downloaded from website https://www.rbi.org.in under the link “Tenders” and from https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn from 11:30 AM of January 30, 2026. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the RBI website / MSTC portal only. The bidder should regularly check the above website / e-portal for any Amendment / Corrigendum / Clarification. The work is estimated to cost ₹ 1.10 crore (Rupees One crore Ten Lakh only) annually. The EMD of amount ₹ is to be paid through NEFT on or before 05:00 PM of March 10, 2026. Proof of payment must be submitted along with the techno-commercial Bid.
