Reserve Bank of India, Raipur invites E-Tender for Providing services of Sniffer Dog with Handler at Bank’s Office Building at Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur.

The e-tendering shall be done through the e-tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/rbi/ ). All eligible and interested bidders must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above-mentioned website to participate in the e-tendering process. The brief information and Schedule of e-tender is as follows:

a. Estimated cost	Approximately ₹4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only) for the period of six months i.e. October 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026 inclusive of all applicable taxes or till March 31, 2026 (the Bank shall provide the Supplier with at least seven (7) days' prior written notice for the commencement of business).
b. Mode of Tender	e-Tendering System (Online Part I – Technical Bid and Part II - Price Bid through (www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/rbi)
c. Date of uploading NIT on RBI website and MSTC portal	August 21, 2025 at 1500 hrs (Thursday)
d. Pre-Bid meeting	August 29, 2025 at 1100 hrs. (Friday) at RBI, Sector-24, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur
e. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)	₹8,000/- to be remitted through NEFT only. The details of transaction have to be provided with Technical Bid. (The Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) having Udyam Registration Number (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum Number), shall be exempted from the requirement of submission of Earnest Money Deposit)
f. Last date of submission of EMD, wherever applicable.	September 12, 2025 at 1500 hrs (Friday)
g. Date of Starting of e-Tender for submission of online Technical Bid and price Bid at (www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/rbi)	August 28, 2025 at 1500 hrs. (Thursday)
h. Date of closing of online e-tender for submission of Technical Bid & Price Bid	September 12, 2025 at 1500 hrs (Friday)
i.(i) Date & time of opening of Part-I (i.e. Technical Bid) (ii) Part-II Price Bid:	(i) September 12, 2025 (Friday) at 1600 hrs. (ii) Date of opening of Part II i.e. price bid shall be informed separately
j. Transaction Fee	As applicable and shown at MSTC portal. To be paid through MSTC Payment Gateway/NEFT/RTGS in favour of MSTC Limited or as advised by M/s MSTC Ltd. Please do not transfer the transaction fee to Reserve Bank of India, Raipur.
