Sources of Variation in Foreign Exchange Reserves in India during 2014-15
Earlier today, the Reserve Bank of India released the Balance of Payments (BoP) data for January-March 2015 on its website (www.rbi.org.in). On the basis of these data, the sources of variation in foreign exchange reserves during 2014-15 have been compiled. Sources of Variation in Foreign Exchange Reserves: 2014-15 During 2014-15, there was an increase in the foreign exchange reserves. Monitoring of Foreign Investment under the Portfolio Investment Scheme in Indian Companies - Removal from the Ban List - FIIs/RFPIs - M/s Axis Bank Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) in M/s Axis Bank Ltd. has gone below the threshold limit.
