OBD on RBI Cautions

The fraudsters find a new way to dupe you everytime. At times they will ask you to deposit money in the Reserve Bank to claim your lottery winnings or at times they may ask you to pay customs duty to release some goods that have arrived for you.If you receive such offers, please complain to the cyber crime branch of local police or on sachet.rbi.org.in.

और सुनो आरबीआई क्या कहता है ।

- RBI does not open accounts of individuals. So there is no question of depositing any money with the Reserve Bank. Please do not be misguided by an SMS,call or email received from an unknown person and transfer money to any bank account.

- Do not share your bank account details or CVV, OTP or PIN with anyone. Forget Reserve Bank, even your bank will not ask for such details on SMS, phone or email.
