Reserve Bank of India imposes monetary penalty on IDFC Bank Limited
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has imposed on October 23, 2017, a monetary penalty of ₹ 20 million on IDFC Bank Limited (the bank) for contravention of regulatory restrictions pertaining to loans and advances. 15 ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗೇತರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ತಮ್ಮನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಆರ್ ಬಿ ಐಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದೆ.
ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 24, 2017 15 ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗೇತರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ತಮ್ಮನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಆರ್ ಬಿ ಐಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಎನ್ ಬಿ ಎಫ್ ಸಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಿಂದ ನೀಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1934 ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 45-I A (6) ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದತ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗೇತರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ನಡೆಸಲು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ಕ

No. 4(25) – B/(W&M)/2017 and RBI circular IDMD.CDD.No.929/14.04.050/2017-18 dated October 06, 2017, the Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme will be open for subscription from Monday to Wednesday of every week starting from October 09, 2017 until December 27, 2017. RBI Directions issued to Navodaya Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd, Nagpur, Maharashtra further extended upto January 15, 2018
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the Directions earlier issued to Navodaya Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd, Nagpur for further three months. The Directions are now valid up to January 15, 2018, subject to review. With a view to encourage original writings and research in Banking Hindi, Reserve Bank of India has launched an ‘Award scheme for outstanding writings in the field of banking Hindi’.
