ारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने (आरबीआय) दिनांक 07 जुलै 2025 रोजीच्या आदेशाद्वारे , महेश अर्बन को-ऑपरेटिव्ह बँक लिमिटेड, परळी वैजनाथ, महाराष्ट्र (बैंक) वर "एक्सपोजर नॉर्म्स आणि वैधानिक/ इतर निर्बंध - UCB संबंधित निर्देश आणि पर्यवेक्षी कृती फ्रेमवर्क (SAF) अंतर्गत आरबीआयने जारी केलेल्या विशिष्ट निर्देशांचे पालन न केल्याबद्दल ₹50,000/- (केवळ पन्नास हजार रुपये) चा आर्थिक दंड ठोठावला आहे. बैंकिंग नियमन कायदा, 1949 च्या कलम 46(4)(i) आणि कलम 56 सह लागू असलेल्या कलम 47A(1)(c) अन्वये भारतीय रिझर्व बँकेला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून हा दंड ठोठावण्यात आला आहे

The Reserve Bank of India (RBl) has, by an order dated June 26, 2025, imposed a monetary penalty of ₹14.30 lakh (Rupees Fourteen Lakh Thirty Thousand only) on Shree Kadi Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd., Dist. Mehsana, Gujarat (the bank) for non-compliance with the certain directions issued by RBI on ‘Donations to Trusts and Institutions where Directors, their relatives hold position or are interested’ and ‘Management of Advances - UCBs’ This penalty has been imposed in exercise of powers conferred on RBI under the provisions

भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने (आरबीआई) दिनांक 30 मे 2025, रोजीच्या आदेशाद्वारे , रतनचंद शाह सहकारी बँक लिमिटेड, मंगळवेढा  महाराष्ट्र (बँक) वर ‘आपला ग्राहक जाणून घ्या (KYC)’ व आरबीआई पर्यवेक्षी कृती चौकटी (SAF) अन्तर्गत जारी केलेल्या विशिष्ट  निर्देशांचे पालन न केल्याबद्दल ₹2.00 लाख (केवळ दोन लाख रुपये) चा आर्थिक दंड ठोठावला आहे. बँकिंग नियमन कायदा, 1949 (BR कायदा) च्या कलम 46(4)(i) आणि कलम 56 सह  लागू असलेल्या कलम 47A(1)(c) अन्वये  आरबीआई ला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून हा दंड ठोठावण्यात आला आहे.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has, by an order dated June 4, 2025, imposed a monetary penalty of ₹1 lakh (Rupees One Lakh only) on The Adilabad District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd., Telangana (the bank) for contravention of provisions of Section 20 read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (BR Act). This penalty has been imposed in exercise of powers conferred on RBI under the provisions of Section 47A(1)(c) read with Sections 46(4)(i) and 56 of the BR Act.
