भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक विदेशी मुद्रा नियंत्रण विभाग केंद्रीय कार्यालय मुंबई 400001 ए.पी.(डीआइआरसिरीज) परिपत्र सं.2 27 जुलाई 2001 विदेशी मुद्रा के सभी प्राधिकृत व्यापारी महोदय लॉटरी आदि योजनाओं में सहभाग के लिए धनप्रेषण रिज़र्व बैंक के ध्यान में यह आया है कि कतिपय विदेशी संगठन भारत में व्यक्तियों को सूचित कर रहे हैं कि उन्होंने लॉटरी में इनाम जीते हैं तथा उन्होंने शुल्क के रूप में अमरीकी डॉलर में कुछ राशि प्रेषित करने की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए। 2. प्राधिकृत व्यापारियों
